Bintan Island Indonesia

My overall experience at Club Med Bintan was good. The services was exceptional and undeniable superb. Bathroom in the room is clean . Only the tv is out of order , despite calling the technician to fix it but still not able to watch the tv. Foods were very nice .. lots of choices to choose. I will come again if I ever plan to visit Bintan Lagoi Beach again.
The minus point was the monkey tends to ransack your things if the door at the balcony is not closed properly.

The food at the restaurant is AMAZING. Clean and relaxing envrionment. And of course, great company from the fabulous and talented GOs! Shoutout to Anne, Matthew, Momo, Edward, Zul and Tochid for their friendliness and initiation to offer help during our stay! Will definitely visit Clubmed again~!

Such an amazing experience, beautiful beach and even more beautiful staff. incredible cocktails and many amazing activities to do. Big thank you to the beautiful staff, Tiara, Nur,Lia, William, Sentha, Ali, Athena,Coco, Chef Yuda, Chef Horison for the best omelette and many more! We had a great time!

Staff were so welcoming and immediately served us hot towels to freshen up and cold tea to sip on while we wait to get some admin done
Check in and check out was very smooth, fuss-free, luggage were brought down and lined up at the foyer before we boarded the bus
Kids had an amazing time at the pool, weather was good for the kids to be at the pool.
The tide at the beach was low so the kids had a good time playing with the beach sand. Waves were calm and soothing.
Rooms were huge and spacious. Since the rooms were very near the beach, expect some form of sandy feel but not so much as we were not in the rooms often.
rooms were clean but because the building is a bit old, so expect some form of wear and tear.
food is available all day long, buffet had a good spread of dishes, for both young and old. Different cuisines and fresh foods made on the spot made meal times enjoyable. Snacks were also available after meal times in case we get hungry. vege sticks and some fried canapes made good snacks. BBQ snacks were available after 4.30pm. Will be good to have a variety though as we had the same thing for 3 days there.
Free flow of drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) are readily available around the clock. Kids loved the different mocktails and i enjoyed my drinks by the pool.
Kids had an enjoyable time at their kids' club. They swam together, played games and practiced for talent show. Everyone was included and encouraged to perform. The kids' club had a glow party for kids that evening and that brought so much joy to my kids.
Evening shows were entertaining. Could see a lot of effort has been put in for the entertainers to practice and perform for the guests.
There's an infirmary in Club Med. My son fell sick on the 2nd night. Even though they were closed, the front desk informed them and they came quickly and administer some meds. My son seemed ok but i brought him back to see the doctor on 3rd day. He became better after the med and by the 4th day, he was back to his normal self.
Thank you to Club Med for entertaining us and ensuring our safety is always looked after.

The cleanliness of the resort is tip top. Food is great and fun activities for the kids (Mini Club).
