Grand Massif Samoëns Morillon France

Our stay at Club Med Grand Massif was excellent. However, the transfer from Geneva airport was quite confusing and needs improvement; on my next visit, I’ll definitely prefer a private transfer.
​The resort is beautiful, and the mountain views are incredible. The room was very comfortable and spacious, with plenty of storage space. One note: the bathtub might be an issue for seniors or those with mobility difficulties. As a first-time skier, I had moments of panic, but the ESF instructor team was very attentive and helped me overcome my fear. Instructors Max and Thomaz were amazing. Thomaz skied down the slopes with me several times; with great patience, he managed to help me move past my panic of skiing downhill.

Fantastic stay at Club Med Grand MassifSamoëns Morillon. The service was outstanding from start to finish, with genuinely friendly and attentive staff who made everything easy and enjoyable. A special mention to Bruno, who went above and beyond with his professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail, he truly made the experience memorable. Great atmosphere, excellent service, and a resort I’d happily return to.

I would like to say big thank you to everyone who welcomed us. Especially Bruno who made us feel right at home. Great food and staff. Hugo and Emma were great with entertainment and bringing the good vibes.

We had an excellent experience at the hotel! The facilities are great, very well maintained, and the atmosphere is welcoming from start to finish. A special highlight goes to the Teens Club, which truly made a difference during our stay. The GOs Joaquim, Anook, and Eva are absolutely amazing — attentive, energetic, responsible, and genuinely connected with the teens, who felt comfortable, safe, and very well taken care of.

We also want to give special praise to the lifeguard Tudor, who is extremely friendly, always attentive and professional, while also bringing a great positive energy and sense of security.

Overall, it was a memorable stay, made even better by a warm, professional, and enthusiastic team. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel!
