La Rosière Exclusive Space France

We had a wonderful stay at Club Med La Rosière, even though our trip started with a big challenge: due to severe ice and storms in Amsterdam, our luggage never arrived.

What truly made the difference was the incredible staff. A special thank you to Ygor, a fellow Brazilian from the boutique, who went above and beyond to help us get all the clothes and ski gear we needed. His kindness, empathy, and problem-solving attitude turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a smooth and enjoyable stay. Also Joanna, helped me tirelessly try to contact the airline to find my bags.

We also absolutely loved the ski school. The instructors were fantastic, and Paul deserves a special mention — my daughter has never connected so well with an instructor before. She felt confident, safe, and genuinely excited to ski every day thanks to him.

The spa was another highlight: relaxing, beautiful, and exactly what we needed after long ski days. We also really enjoyed the fitness classes, especially Le Milles Shapes, Pilates, and Core training with Ichai, who was excellent.

Despite the rough start with missing luggage, Club Med La Rosière exceeded our expectations. The team’s care, professionalism, and warmth made our vacation memorable, and we would absolutely return.
