To all of Yijun and Yihong’s wonderful friends who made their holiday so special, Ayaka, Amas, Jacki, Syasya, Rizan, Angel, Chef Angel, Chef Eko, Sam, Crystal, Oceane, and many more, thank you for the care, energy, and joy you brought every day.

Although this was our first visit to Kiroro Grand, it felt like coming home thanks to seeing so many familiar faces from other Club Med resorts, especially friends from Tomamu and Bintan.

It has also been incredibly rewarding to see how much many of you have grown over time. From Syasya when we first met her in Bintan, to Ayaka from Tomamu last year, and Jesse, from her early days at Tomamu on the archery range to now shining as a true superstar on the circus stage, it has been inspiring to witness such growth and passion.

Finally, thank you to Jimmy, Kevin, and Martin for the daily morning tennis sessions. I may still be swinging like I am playing baseball, but I look forward to improving on our next visit.

Thank you again to the entire team for making this such a memorable and meaningful family holiday. We cannot wait to come back.

My past 3 stays in Club Med Bali alway amazing. But my 6-day stay at Club Med Kiroro Grand went way beyond expectations! This isn't just a resort; it truly feels like coming home. The Summer team under ​CDV Zack are fantastic!
Despite his busy schedules, Zack constantly checked in with us to make sure everything was good. Making small talks with us about the village or other different villages.
​Great thanks to Hafiz, Joa, and Bob for the seamless welcome the moment we stepped in. Joa always there with her team members Ing, Oat, Sae, and Raditto to help us when we in doubt.
Irene from Discovery centre also wonderfully assisted us with our booking of activities and transport for our Otaru day trip. Keeping us updated on the itinerary and confirmation.
​Dining Experience were incredible! Thanks to Dogan, Eddy, Chef Sachin, Sommelier Lucky, Maki, Aryanta, Ami, Chef Subashi (for the fun cookie class) and Angel. I always look forward for meal times. Robin, Jack, Dolphin, and Verby always ready to surprise me with delicious drinks at the Bar counter!
​We had a great service experience from Julio, Ida, Poppy, and Amy in the boutique, Katie and Min Jia at the spa.
Huge appreciation goes to Ameen from housekeeping—amazingly, he even remembered us from our Bali stay!

We've been fortunate to visit several Club Med villages over the years, and every village has its own unique charm. However, Club Med Kiroro Grand has truly set a new benchmark for what Club Med hospitality should be.

From the moment we arrived, we never felt like guests—we felt like family returning home. Every team member we met genuinely cared about making our stay special, and that feeling stayed with us throughout the entire holiday.

A huge thank you to CDV Zack for leading such an incredible team. His leadership is evident in the warmth and positivity throughout the village.

Our appreciation goes to Joa, Hafiz, Bob and their teams, Irene from the Discovery Centre, F&B Manager Dogan, Restaurant Manager Eddy, Executive Chef Sachin, Angel, Aryanta, Maki, Jane, Sommelier Lucky, and every member of the serving team at Yochi Main Restaurant for delivering outstanding food and even more outstanding hospitality.

Beautiful scenery may attract guests to Kiroro, but it is the people who make them want to return.

Visited a number of club meds, however is a first in alps, thinking not much to do. MAN, I was sooooo wrong.

We came here expecting a relaxing vacation, but thanks to the amazing people at Club Med Kiroro Grand, it turned into a trip filled with laughter, wonderful memories, and unforgettable moments.

A very special thank you to Jesse and Luke. You were truly angels for our children. Your kindness, patience, energy, and genuine care made every day so much fun for them. Seeing our kids so happy also allowed us, as parents, to truly relax and enjoy this precious family vacation.

We also highly recommend visiting Kiroro in the summer. The weather is incredibly comfortable, cool, and refreshing—a perfect escape from the hot and humid summer. It’s an ideal destination for families with children.
